Introduction

Thank you for choosing Puzzle Safaris for your upcoming adventure. To ensure a seamless experience from booking to embarking on your journey, we kindly ask you to review and understand our payment terms outlined below. These terms are designed to clarify the financial aspects of your booking and ensure both parties are aligned on expectations and commitments.

Payment Terms

Initial Deposit

Upon reservation, a 25% non-refundable and non-transferable deposit of the total package price is required. This deposit secures your spot and is a commitment to your safari adventure.

Full Payment

Following your reservation and initial deposit, you will receive an invoice detailing the remaining balance. This balance is due 45 days before the start of your trip, which you can pay incrementally. Timely payment is crucial to confirm your participation and finalize arrangements for your safari experience.

Last-Minute Bookings

For last-minute bookings, meaning bookings made less than 6 weeks prior to trip start date, whether in-person or pre-arranged, the full payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed upon.

Accepted Payment Methods

For your convenience, Puzzle Safaris accepts the following payment methods:

  • Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and other major credit/debit cards
  • Wire transfer
  • SWIFT transfer
  • Cash, if you've made a last-minute booking in person

Travel Insurance

We strongly encourage the purchase of comprehensive travel insurance within two weeks of making your initial deposit. This step is vital to protect your investment, as our cancellation policy remains firm regardless of personal circumstances or unforeseen events.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Notice of Cancellation

Should you need to cancel your booking, we require written notification to address and process your cancellation properly. The following cancellation fees will apply, based on the timing of your notice:

  • 61 days or more before departure: Loss of deposit.
  • 60 to 45 days before departure: 35% of the package price is non-refundable.
  • 44 to 29 days before departure: 60% of the package price is non-refundable.
  • 28 to 7 days before departure: 60% of the package price is non-refundable.
  • 7 days or less before departure: 100% of the package price is non-refundable.

Additional Fees

Beyond the land package, any additional fees incurred from hotels, airlines, and other service providers due to cancellation will be the responsibility of the client.

No Partial Refunds

Please be aware that no refunds will be issued for unused portions of the package, including but not limited to meals, hotel rooms, and airport transfers.
